National Geographic Diver Program

Adventure Scuba is proud to present the National Geographic Diver Program. We are the first dive shop in Manhattan to offer this new and exciting program. Students participating in the National Geographic Diver Program will increase their skills and knowledge of the aquatic world. As stated on the PADI website "As a National Geographic Diver, you join an elite group of explorers, adventurers and conservationists. The insight and training you gain during this program will broaden your awareness and take your diving skills to a new level. You'll learn to observe and explore like an underwater scientist." The program is offered as a special three night course on either Tuesdays or Thursday evenings from 6pm to 10pm. Students will complete course work at home prior to lessons and each night will start with an academic review and then proceed to the pool. Upon completion students will join us on our local National Geographic Diver Weekend Check Out Dives or for the travelers, on one of our National Geographic Diver group trips to complete the required 5 dives. Tuition for this program includes all course material & students must provide their own Mask, Snorkel, Fins and Wetsuit for their pool training, all equipment is available from Adventure Scuba at a reduced price. National Geographic Diver course is offered twice a month, yearound.
