Seth,
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a great weekend we had at Dutch Springs. Dana and Roger are phenomenal instructors. They each have different approaches to teaching that were able to accommodate everyone in the group.
Dana, in particular, showed such patience and the ability to break down skills that even the most nervous student was at ease. Roger was a lot of fun and shared practical/personal experience with us to “set us on the right track” upon completion of this certification. (Not to mention he camped out with us on Saturday night!)
Most importantly, at no time during this weekend did I feel anything but safe with Dana and Roger. They made our first diving experience fun and rewarding while always emphasizing safety and responsibility.
I look forward to taking additional courses with your shop and particularly look forward to having Dana or Roger as future instructors.
